I am a mother, daughter, sister, teacher, and friend. I have always known the quiet magic that unfolds when women gather with intention, and I approach my days with gratitude, wonder, and joy.
In my heart, I am a curious, confident girl walking barefoot through tree-lined fields, picking wildflowers and listening to the songs of the seasons. Sometimes I forget her. Sometimes I need to remember.
Like many women, my attention turned outward during the mothering years. I followed family calendars instead of lunar cycles, even as I continued to find my way back to nature and raised my children to love the land.
In my post-menopausal, empty-nester years, I found the time and space to reclaim my sovereignty and step more fully into my own deep knowing. I turned inward with curiosity and delight, released what no longer served, and began to listen again for the quiet voice of my intuition.
This return to body wisdom, cyclical time, and the wise, wide-eyed girl within is the at the heart of the work I now share.
Through in-person and online gatherings, I hold space for people to connect with themselves and one another through ceremony, reflection, and shared presence.
My work honours the Spiral Dance of Life, illuminating moments of intention, growth, celebration, release, rest, and renewal, and invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are, listening deeply to your own inner wisdom.
Whether through gatherings or one-on-one exploration, I trust the wisdom of the body, the guidance of the Moon, and the quiet teachings of the natural world.
My Lineage
I do not walk this path alone. I am deeply grateful to the teachers and mentors who have shaped my remembering and supported me in learning to trust my intuition, honour the wisdom of my body, and hold circle with presence and care.
Ana Maria Vasquez has been a mentor and teacher for many years. Through her, I have learned to trust my intuition, identify and clear limiting beliefs, and understand and share the energetic messages that arise from inner wisdom, nature, and animals.
Jane Hardwicke Collings welcomed me to the lineage of Shamanic Womancraft. Her work has illuminated my path and reminded me of the sacred power of the circle, where women gather to remember, heal, and reawaken to the wisdom of the cycles.
Therese de Rox, Therese of the Trees, reminds me to move through the wisdom of my body and is my role model of joyous Cronehood.
Marianne Goetsch initiated me to The Usui System of Natural Healing through Reiki, which supports my energy healing work.
